Just learnt that Buranovskiye Babushki tried to represent Russia in Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the very short song, called "Dlinnaya-dlinnaya beresta i kak sdelat' iz neyo aishon" ("Very long birch bark and how to turn it into a turban") and came 3rd

Mista was 2nd in Eurosong 2010 (Slovakian NS for Eurovision Song Contest 2010). Logan !!! Αlso, Richard Edward Micallef failed to qualify in the final of the Maltese NS for Eurovision 2010 with the song "Change".

Lol, I knew everything of these Ι learnt them all today because I wanted to find how the countries selected their songs back in 2010 and look if I have any NS favourites. 4 years ago, Eurovision for me was only 3 live shows and I knew only the Greek (and Cypriot) songs before

In 2010 I only knew the German song before and it was actually the reason for watching ESC. In 2011 I knew the Swiss and German one and in 2012 and 2013 many (not all)

ESCIliasMANL (Inactive) said that Morocco recognizes Israel and could have participated any year... Err...pretty sure that this map doesn't say that. Purple - never recognized Pink - recognized in the past but doesn't anymore
