My opinion about the years (only finals)
In 2010 there were many great songs as far as I remember.
2012 was a great year I loved the contest there - Azerbaijan did a great job and In the end I like 8 songs which ended in top 10.
2013 was great too.
And in 2014 I only disliked 6 finalists (Malta, UK, Poland, Denmark, Ukraine and Armenia (because of the Dubstep part).

2011 was the best show (by far)  I mean, which hosts are better than Anke Engelke,Judith Rakers and Stefan Raab? The winner wasn't maybe the best song, but it was a hard and nice competition huh |

My top 5 shows:1.  Baku 2.  Malmö 3.  Copenhagen 4.  Düsseldorf 5.  Oslo Edit: I forgot to mention that all were great.

The logo with the heart, the semi final, the fact that countries who doesn't qualify can vote in the final - all of these were introduced together with many other new rules in  2004 |
