Jon Ola Sand, the executive supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest spoke about Turkeys no-participation at the contest: "It's really sad that Turkey isn't participating at Eurovision. They were always well-prepared and we had an excellent show in 2004 in Istanbul. They had great songs and performances - we miss it for a third time now. We all want TRT to participate. Not only because of the people in Turkey, also because of the Turkish people everywhere in Europe, who feel united with Turkey." I love dat guy  |
