Why don't you come in NViC? The "real" reason is, because so many have already confirmed and it is so unrealistic if 40 countries confirm for NViC.  Basically, someone needed to "withdraw" from the concert  |

 Spain won't come to the North Vision in Concert #7, as Spain already didn't came to the  North Vision in Concert #6. The reason this time is that TVE thinks the way of announcing the entry for the  7th edition didn't go very well so that's why Spain will stay inactive in the North Vision in Concert and will concentrate itself on the show in the United Kingdom. |
