 This song is a little bit typical but anyway very original as well; well done  Latvia.  But I'm afraid there's a high possible chance this won't qualify for the grand final and as far as I know Latvia got since last year the record for failing to qualify the most recent times in a row.  So good luck Latvia.  |

I don't think this song is that bad and it will fail... If we look at last years  Malta entry, Gianluca sung a very simple and joyful song (something similar to this one) and guess what they got? They were 4th in semifinal and 8th in the final!!! Who expected that from Malta? I think not many people, because as I remember this song in most tops that were published on YT this song was somewhere around 20th or lower places... So many stronger songs finished much lower than Malta, so, please, don't throw away Aarzemnieki's chances at all...  Malta 2013 was cute.  Latvia 2014 is more funny than cute. |

Oh, and  german users - please, don't forget to vote for us in the final (if we'll qualify), because the lead singer of Aarzemnieki is german native, who is living in  Latvia for longer time, so he knows latvian language...  Did you seriously just beg  Germans to vote for Latvia only because the singer is German?  |

Did you seriously just beg Germans to vote for Latvia only because the singer is German? Why not! It's worth trying Although I know no one will vote for it... You vote for a song, not for a country or a diaspora. I know that may not be bad in Latvia's case and I know many countries do it that way, but still that is stupid, sorry.  |
