The blue water is a special detail to the stage by telling the venue was a former shipyard as well as visualize the sea port-culture of Denmark. If it's about fountain will time only tell, but I assume it's going to just have the water-feature like the stage of DMGP 2010.

To whoever would like to "play" with the ESC 2014 official stage, make sure you have Google Sketchup 2014 and then download this file. It has several improvements as well the water feature included than in the old model (which I posted the pictures here)
