I still don't understand how Kazakhstan is eliminated, could someone explain? It is impossible for Kazakhstan to overtake both Netherlands and Turkey because: If Turkey wins against the Netherlands, they will have a minimum 12 points, ahead of Kazakhstan's maximum of 10 points If Turkey and Netherlands draw, Netherlands will have a minimum of 11 points, higher than Kazakhstan's maximum of 10 points. Turkey will have a minimum of 10 points, but will be ahead of Kazakhstan due to Turkey's better head-to-head record against Kazakhstan (4-1) If Netherlands wins against Turkey, they will have a minumum of 13 points, ahead of Kazakhstan's maximum of 10 points.  Lithuania can no longer finish in the top 2 of group E
