  Heart Kazakhstan #2 Schedule and Format Today, the schedule for Heart Kazakhstan #2 was published on the official NTK-TV site, along with the format. At first a 2 semi-final format was proposed, however, NTK-TV decided on holding a pre-National Selection to sort out the best songs out of the 24 participants, the Russian & Foreign act have an automatic qualification for the final.
The format of the pre-selection will work as a survey, where everyone can vote only once, awarding each song 0 to 10 points, the 14 best songs will then be chosen, and a final of 16 songs will be televised to the public.
