Spain has choosen its entry internally! [!]Since
TVE brings the
Spanish entries in the
North Vision Song Contest,
Spain has never qualificated for the grand final. HoD of
TVE,
Tom Hernández, told in a press conference that
TVE will give everything to reach finally again a final placement. After a lot of meetings it was decided to send one of the favourite
Spanish songs of the HoD of all-time. It has been finally accepted by the singer who will represent
Spain in the
8th edition in
Bosnia and Herzegovina.
With much, very much proud, I'll be presenting you, tonight...
David Bisbal! He will battle in the semi final with the other counties to reach finally again the final for
Spain after the only final qualification for
Spain in the
second edition; 20th.
He will bring you in
Bosnia and Herzegovina, maybe one of his most appreciated songs...
Silencio! "Silencio" was released on December 7th, 2006 and is translated from
Spanish to
English "Silence". One of the most beautiful things in the world.
About the originallity...You've maybe already heard this song in (some) other contests, but I've known this song already for a while since there was made very early a cover of the song in
Dutch which was a big hit in
The Netherlands and which I loved as child. It shouldn't be a reason to not vote for the song in my honest opinion.

Please don't cut anything from this time part if you'll change the length of the song for the NVSC-version.
