The  Kosovo case Kosovo is an independent state. However, not all countries do recognize Kosovo as one. Should Kosovo be allowed to enter the International Music Festival? |

In  The Netherlands we recognize  Kosovo as an indepedent country but I've the same opinion about this as  Jessica.  |

Kosovo is allowed to enter IMF. However, they can not borrow from any neighbour country.
