LySC - Introduction of Relegation / Promotion and New Rules!

• The top 5 of the edition are safe from relegation a.k.a. Big 5.
  
• The rest of the pack of the edition will relegate to the Warning Zone! (#6 and beyond)
  

Warning Zone!

• Countries in the Warning Zone have to qualify for the final, via a qualifying heat.
  
• If there are 6 countries or less for the qualifying heat, they will be filled up with other randomly drawn countries and songs.
• Users relegated to the Warning Zone, will send an entry to the qualifying heat for the next edition for the same country.
  
• Failing to qualify, the user takes a new country not in the Q.H. and will take part in the Q.H. the next edition.
• Countries failing to qualify, can not be used next edition.
  
• Failed qualifying users still need to vote in the Final!

Changing Countries

• Users that finished in the Top 5, have to use the same country next edition.
  
• As mentioned, failing to qualify, will result in the user having to choose a new country for the contest
