Introduction
Like in real life some things have to be settled through war so a problem can be solved. This may not be the best option as it causes high losses to your country and to your economy so war is the last option. We shall be going through the process of war.
The Process of War:
The countries who are involved in a conflict must go through these steps before actually declaring war because like in real life, war is the last option in any situation.
1) The Denouncing Stage - A country has passed a law or done something terrible to someone else that is seen as unjust to the other country. For example, Passing a law that does not seems to break human rights, blowing up a ship or any vehicle in your country without warning. If this does happen then a country must officially say that they are displeased about this event.
2) Diplomatic Stage - Both countries must send their leaders or representatives to a neutral country to find a peaceful solution and this works most of the time as one of the countries are either bullied into submission or see the error in their ways. This only fails if both the countries can not find any solution to fix the situation.
3) Gathering of Allies Stage - This is where the two countries seek help in destroying the other nation. Overwhelming support of one nation will stop the war because no country is stupid enough to go to war with ten countries. This stage will pass once there is a balance in teams or no one joins them and they will fight alone.
4) Declaration of War - Both nations must have tried everything to avoid this from happening and the teams are balanced (but not totally balanced). Both nations must type out a lpublication to their people telling them why they are at war and what will be effected.
5) The Fighting - Different wars have different victory conditions and that will be looked at later on in the thread. Other nations can join in the war if they agree with one nation and may change the tide of the war but they must have a valid reason. Switzerland wouldn't say yolo invading Italy during World War Two because yolo.
