Festival of International Music #5 - Special Edition 1 - Confirmations!
Hey everyone!
I decided to open the confirmations for the 1st special edition now, because i want you to have time and prepare for this! 
This edition, every participant will need to choose an European country and the song needs to be ESC song from any year you want! (1956-2015) National selection songs are not allowed. The song needs to have been taken part in ESC! And remember, it has to be taken part for the country you choose to use this edition! I hope most of you would take part in this! Users that were using an european countries can keep their countries! Others need to change it for this edition! (But remember, you will not lose your country for next edition. That is why you'll be tagged as the last edition countries in the spoilers as well!)

Rules of this special edition are the same as normal FoIM, only with some differences:
- Autonome regions or other than european countries can't take part this edition. (This will not affect your country used in normal editions, because i'll reserve the country that you use in normal edition for you for the next normal edition, which is going to be FoIM #6, meaning that it will not become free for next normal edition! So it is impossible for you to lose your normal edition country!)
- Non-european countries like
Morocco & 
Australia etc. however are able to take part as they have competed in ESC!

United Kingdom is not splitted into 4 different countries this edition!
- Borrowing is not allowed!
- Only European countries are allowed this edition!
- If an european country from last edition withdraws for this edition, you can use that country in this edition if you want, but you are unable to use it in the 6th edition, because these countries will not become free to pick because of the special edition rule!
