OFFICIAL RULES
Allowed Countries
All UN countries are allowed to participate.
You must stay with your country for at least two editions (but you can withdraw whenever you'd like.)

Entry
Before you send an entry, you must make sure that your entry applies to the following:
-It hasn’t been used in more than 5 contests.
-It is longer than one and a half minutes.
-It is not an ESC, Turkvision or NVSC entry.
-It wasn't released more than 14 years ago.
Covers are allowed, as long as they are official and more known than the original version/the original version isn't well known.

Artists
The artist that you’re sending must be born in your country, live in your country or have at least one parent from your country. Otherwise, it will be considered borrowing.
If you’re sending a duo or group, at least 25% of it should be from your country.
The artist also should not be younger than 14, and you may not send a dead artist.

National selection
You may create a national selection for your country if you wish so. It has to be done by making a thread in the national selections sub-category.
You also must inform us before making a national selection.
Borrowing
There are no strict rules for borrowing, however if you want to borrow from another country, that country should be strongly related to yours. For example, Liechtenstein and Switzerland/Austria.
If the country that you're borrowing from participates in the contest, you must ask the HoD of that country for permission.

All borrowing must be discussed with us. If your country has a big music industry, we won’t accept borrowing.
Timeslot
Your timeslot for the recap should be between 20-25 seconds. If you don’t choose a timeslot, we will choose one that’s 20 seconds long.
Strikes
You can receive a strike by doing the following things:
-Failing to send entry before the deadline (will be removed after explanation from you.)
-Failing to vote on time without informing us.
-Disrespecting the contest in any way.
-Spamming.

2 strikes - Forced withdrawal from next edition
3 strikes - Country & HoD 2-edition ban
4 strikes or more - Lifetime ban
