I. PARTICIPANTS
1. For taking part in the competition, a person has to have a total of at least 100 posts.
2. After claiming a country, the player is not allowed to change it in the same edition.
3. Every player can claim only one country per edition.
4. The player might face disqualification from the contest, if the overall strikes percentage reached 100%.

II. COUNTRIES
1. A total of 46 countries are able to participate every edition. In case the number of people who express interest is larger, the waiting list will be created.
2. The full list of participating countries can be found here.
2.1. The available countries are marked in green and blue, however, the blue countries can be claimed only by a draw.
3. Participants are not allowed to confirm with the countries that are marked in grey despite the fact some of them participated in the past editions.
III. ENTRIES
1. All of the entries must be submitted for the council every edition via a special form.
2. The entry can be posted only after the approval of the council which is provided by a personal message.
3. The artist / band have to obtain at least 50% of the nationality of the country they are representing.
4. The council is empowered to reject unoriginal and overused entries or artists.
5. Countries are not allowed to use Foreign Artists.
6. The entries can be chosen either internally or by hosting a national selection.
IV. VOTING
1. After the introduction in the 15th edition, every participant has to provide two voting sets: jury and televoting. The jury points are awarded in a traditional Eurovision voting format, giving 12 to the favourite, 10 points to the runner-up, followed by 8-1 points. In the televoting part, every participating country has to categorise every song to one of the following categories: "Like", "Neutral", "Dislike". All of them account for a different amount of votes which will later be converted to the televoting points.
V. STRIKES
1. The player is banned from taking part in the competition if the overall strikes percentage reaches 100%.
2. Player who violates the rules of the contest, receives:
a) 10% strike for failing to confirm within the given deadline;
b) 20% strike for failing to submit an entry after confirming within the given deadline;
c) 25% strike for failing to vote within the given deadline without a reason;
d) 5% strike for failing to vote within the given deadline with a reason provided;
e) 10% strike for posting the entry without the approval;
f) 75% strike for cheating.
All of the mentioned percentages might be altered depending on the situation.
3. Once the player reaches 100%, they are not allowed to return to the competition.
