Julia Lux' CritiquesTobi Aglan Tobi, Tobi, Tobi... What happened this week? You were a big disappointment for me if I'm being honest with you. After you've sent strong entries the past two weeks, I was shocked when you submitted this pile of dirge. Yes it does give me a summer feeling. But that's the only positive thing I have to say. The song is rather unoriginal, since it has been a chart hit, and frankly, I simply hate the sound of it. I find it very annoying and cheap and I expected better taste from you. If you stay this week, I hope you will return to sending listenable entries!Fashiongore alex(a)bg Okay, so this song left me unsatisfied to be honest. It doesn't scream "summer" the way some entries this week do, only the music video reminds me of summer, the song itself is just a rather generic EDM song and one of Ella's weaker songs. All in all I don't hate this entry as a whole, but for me it was one of the weaker songs this week, judging originality, sound and the challenge theme. I think you had more potential this week and I hope you can find it next week again!Dinah Lone Dimitris Dinah, this week I expected a lot from you and I have to say that I am slightly underwhelmed. Even though I like Come To Brazil as a song, I think you could've chosen a stronger entry. This was the perfect week to prove again that you can combine originality and bops and in my opinion the first of them is lacking. Sadly you weren't the only one who wasted this opportunity this week but nonetheless, you could've gone for something more surprising. As a drag race fan this choice seems kinda obvious to me, which might differ for non-drag race fans, but I think there were more original choices. And sending a song like this is always risky since there are people who love it but also a lot of haters and even though we encourage sending risky entries, I feel like this was just a bad choice, since some judges did not enjoy this entry, while I personally found it quite average. I know it's ironic to say it's both a safe and a risky choice but this is how I feel. Overall I just think that you have more to give than you showed this week. Junia Hallow Apostolis This song is a bop and has "summer" written all over it, let's be clear. If we don't look at originality, you had one of the strongest entries this week and I'm glad you recovered after your bottom finish last week. However, even though I enjoy your entry, I was a bit disappointed that after the really original entry last week you decided to send a big chart topper. My issue with you last week was, that your entry didn't fit the challenge and for me it was the worst entry of the week. It was your originality that saved you from elimination, so I had hope that this week you'd serve us both originality and a good song, so I hope you understand why I'm not entirely in awe. Nevertheless, your entry is decent and fits to the theme and that's already a step up from last week.Jenea Orangé Jens For me, your entry was the most original song this week. I haven't heard it ever before, I don't believe it is a major chart hit like some other entries and it's also not an obvious choice to me. For that I'm already proud of you, since you were the only person who actually served me a song I never heard before. Personally however, your song wasn't necessarily one of my favorites sound wise, but I still enjoyed seeing it in this line-up. If you keep this pace up and push even harder, you can get far!Lefteriana LᴇꜰBop, bop, bop, that's all I have to say. Soundwise you definitely delivered the strongest performance this week, I can really imagine listening to this in a club on a warm night in July. This is definitely an improvement from your past entries if we look on quality. What I want to bring to your attention is, that I have the feeling you consider this to be the risk we asked you to take. Even though I enjoy this entry, it's not a risk for me, Eleni is a rather popular singer and most of her songs have a summer vibe for me. You don't have to take a risk all the time but there will be times where originality will be absolutely crucial so maybe you should work on your definition of that. But as I said, you served a strong entry this week so I can't be mad at you for not serving something completely out of the box, especially considering barely anyone else did, so well done!

Callum's Critiques
My image of summer is relaxing, lying back on some lounger, soaking in the sun. My nightmare is having to listen to the epitome of trash which I unfortunately had to experience through all of these performances tonight. Everyone knew this week wouldn't be my most enjoyable, but come on. You could all do better.

Kathleen Slater's critiques
Good afternoon slags. After last round, I was cautiously optimistic that we would see some original, thoughtful and different choices this time, given that all four of us said we were looking for originality, and the theme for this week really gave you all an opportunity to try something different. What a disappointment.Dinah LoneOf all the entries this week, I had the hardest time recalling what this actually was, which as the competition progresses is an increasingly dangerous thing to happen. The song itself is fine, it's fun and suits the theme, but it doesn't go beyond that. I was looking for excellence, and that wasn't achieved, but on the positive side this was one of the less obvious choices for me so there are definitely positives to take away.FashiongoreThis had a similar problem to Dinah Lone, potentially helped by the vocals for me. It's fine, works with the theme as a fairly big hit from last summer, and even as far as they go this wasn't particularly obvious, but maybe that meant that it wasn't as memorable. Following the last two weeks, in which you've been innovative and memorable, this was a little disappointing, but obviously everybody has their weaknesses and I can't blame you if summer is yours.Jenea OrangéThe most original choice this week, you've been improving steadily over time after a bumpy first round and while this also failed to stick out hugely, it has many positives going for it - it was one of the more different songs this round, it was original as previously mentioned, and it captured the theme of summer well and as a whole was a pretty good entry.Junia HallowIf you're going to be unoriginal (note: please don't), this is how you do it. An ICONIC song that, yes, is not original in any way, but stood out positively amongst a lot of summery beige this round. My only problem is this unoriginality, which is becoming an increasingly big issue in the competition in general and I must warn you and the others that while I've been lenient this time, next round I may not be so generous.LefterianaIt's utterly deplorable that Eleni Foureira is one of the more original choices this week, but that's where we are. The song, however, was a brilliant take on the theme, it really worked and the song was generally really enjoyable and stood out. This is a huge step up from your last two entries and in all honesty the first time you've emerged as a potential contender in this competition.TobiCooking Mama here to serve some tea:
I'm sorry, but this does not capture anything about summer that I would like to have captured. For me, it would've been more suitable in our first round - this had no stand-out qualities, as a song within this week, or simply in the world. I can guarantee that there are more songs that sound exactly like this than there are people on this Earth. Maybe I'm being a little harsh, I can see what you were trying to do with this, but it really, really missed the mark for me. I hope that you can, at some point, recapture the glory you had in your first week.

Matter Teresa's Critiques!I will be harsh but fair in my critiques, but some of here up on stage tonight REALLY disappointed me...
Jenea Orange A quintessential summer song here Jenea! I wasn't expecting to see a song of this type tonight so I am very surprised but also happy to see that you are slowly stepping it up! The rap and beat clearly shows how this is a summer song so good job!
Fashiongore alex(a)bg I personally love this song. It SCREAMS summer and although slightly obvious I was willing to overlook that aspect and just enjoy the hot bop that it is. I don't get why my fellow judges think otherwise, cause I think you have fit the brief successfully.
Dinah Lone Dimitris Oh dear Dinah. This was a bad week for you. Nothing to me screams summer about this song. In fact, I don't get any summer vibes at all. I don't get what you were thinking when you sent this, maybe thinking about a sandwich maybe? Its not even that good of a song, so I am quite disappointed in you tonight considering how well you have done so far.
Lefteriana Lᴇꜰ Finally. We get to see what you are capable of. I wasn't expecting to see this song at all, but I am very pleased I have. It fits the brief very well and made me want a vodka and coke on the beaches of Kos it was that good. Truly impressed with you tonight!
Junia Hallow Apostolis Junia... I love it. Although 'Starships' doesn't immediately spring to mind when the category is summer, I will admit it was a great choice. It took me right back to 2012, when I was nursing sick orphan babies when this came blasting through the radio. After last week, it is good to see you with your head back in the game.
Tobi Aglan Oh wow. a true fall from grace. Are you trying to copy Lucifer here? Because its working. I don't know how to feel about this song to be fair. I feel like it is a good summer song, but it was VERY obvious and also a bit boring. Its just cheap EDM, and although I do like cheap EDM, I wanted something a bit more from you. Considering how well you have been doing, I was expecting a lot. And you haven't delivered.
