WEEDY WILLIAMS Final Song: Eric Prydz vs CHVRCHES - "Tether"
Final Statement of why, I, Weedy Williams should be crowned the winner of Daniel's Song Race Season 3: As we have gone through this competition I have had the best track record of all the top 3. Two wins, 3 highs and 2 safes clearly showed what I was capable of, and I was only once in the bottom 3, although that did mean I was up for elimination. I deserve to win this season based simply because I did the best of anyone in DSR history, even eclipsing Juliapeno's record from Season 2. I always understood what the judges would be looking for for most weeks, and sent songs that I knew would do well but foremost enjoyed myself. "Tether" is one of those songs. Tether is a song that I held onto the entire season because I knew that if I made it too the final, it would be one of my fave songs to send. This songs lyrics say that "I'm incapable of seeing the end, saying its over." and that is how I feel about this season. I have truly enjoyed my time this season, forming the true alliance of the season the Intellihenny's and overall doing well and never really being in danger from the bottom 2. I had conviction and belief in my songs and they have done well. And these are the reasons why I should win DSR S3. |

■ HE ■ "Shed Your Skin" ■
I'm Gemma Collins and throughout this season of Daniel's Song Race, I have certainly been a character. I have provided this show with quality, and quantity (if you know what I mean). I have given this show the entertainment value that queens could dream of. I cannot say that I have not somewhat struggled in this competition, but my struggle is the reason why I should win. I have grown and developed as a person, gaining new life experiences, discovering music that I would never have expected to listen to, as well as having showcased some of my own musical gems that I wanted to share you with you girls. I do not have as good a track record as my fellow peers tonight, however, they haven't done what I have done. The GC has knocked out three of this competition's favourite participants, Shemalena Gomez, Scarlett and Ana Skinnybreadqueen, which shows that, when I'm given the opportunity, I am able to show that I can beat my competition easily.
Me winning this show would mean that this show will present itself as being accepting of all shapes and sizes, of supporting people who have been bullied, brought down and attacked just for being who they are. My song choice for the final truly represents me as a person, as well as the struggle that I have gone through throughout this entire competition. This song, Shed Your Skin is for me, Gemma, and for my fellow sisters - I think that as people, we all show a character, or just one side of ourselves to the world. However, in order to truly be ourselves, we need to constantly renew ourselves, because if you just remain the same ol' same ol' for too long, then you just dry up and become a boring sap. Hence you must shed your skin, in order to become a new you, and I feel that is what I have done throughout this competition. I have adapted myself to tasks that I would not imagine that I would be doing just a few weeks ago, that has opened me up into becoming the real Gemma, curves and all.

Sleeping At Last - "Joy"
I think that I should be the winner of Daniel's Song Race because I've constantly done well throughout the competition, having two wins and a high placement under my belt and even when I stumbled it was because of strong competition rather than my entries lacking musical quality.
"Joy" speaks about finding joy at the small things in life. Even if you feel sad or melancholic, joy is always there and you have to find it and look on the brighter side of things and I feel like this really represents me as a person. I'm here with two amazing queens and we've all fought hard to get here. Yes, I will be sad if I don't get crowned, but I have made it in the top 3 of this competition and that alone is a really amazing achievement and I'm so proud for myself, and for all twelve of us,

At this point I would like to thank you making Season 3 such an adventure.
I have experienced and learnt a lot from you, my queens, and I can't wait to see what you all
