International Time Travel Song Contest #3 // Tokyo (1980s)

1. (Junior) Eurovision songs are not allowed. 
2. Eliminated ESC national selection songs are allowed.
3. Songs have to be from the year/decade given.
4. There is no view limit with the songs.
5. Instrumentals and remixes are allowed.
6. Covers are allowed as long as the original hasn't participated yet, and as long as it is official.
7. Don't forget to provide a 25 second timeslot for your song(s).
8. Singers can be of any age.
9. If the theme centers around a location, your artist should be from that location or has very strong connections.

1. A user will recieve one (1) strike if:
a) failed to send an entry on or before the deadline after they confirmed
b) failed to vote on or before the given deadline
2. Once a player recieves 5 strikes, they will be forced to miss out on two consecutive editions.
3. A player's strike(s) will be removed if they vote for three consecutive editions after the edition they recieved the latest strike.

1. Player confirmation is first come first serve.
2. Maximum of players is usually 9, but may be reduced if the wait for more players to reach this number became longer.

A) REQUIREMENTS:
1. The previous winner will be the first one to be asked if they want to be the host.
2. The host should choose a host city.
3. The host is also required to provide the year/period the players have to research songs from.
4. The year has to be five to ten years away from the year used last edition. (Depending on the decade used last edition)
5. A decade can be used for every three editions.
6. Any seemingly complex themes may not accepted unless backed up.

B) PRIVILEGES:
1. The host may do make a logo design and/or a slogan.
2. They may also do the recap and/or the results video.
