i realized that there´s a main board for a few online contests but a lot of another contests are in a sub-board , how can i put my online contest to the main board

Your contest needs to reach a certain number of cumulative posts among all your threads. To make it to the home page, your contest needs to have at least 2,000 posts (based on what I'm seeing). It used to be 5,000 when my contest made it to the front, so getting to the forum's home page will be sooner than in my experience. Oh, and additionally, your contest needs to be active.
However, I (and many others) discourage spamming your threads for the sake of going to the front page of the forum.
