SEASON 8 · EPISODE 9 Hello ladies, this week, you were asked to read your fellow queens to filth!Alinka Tcheps
Marta Barta: Definitely voted for PIS because she is doing too well.
Potissa: Only you have the power to win mini challenges and then almost drop out in a song round.
Thinking to talk about how Reed Acted songs give people stage fright.
Indica: I'm not suprised you're always late, bearing in mind you're 20 years behind when selecting your entries, no tea all fact hun x
Shirley Sixchins: How does it feel to have more chins than fans?
Sativa: Nice to see you're sending worldchart artists, your looks show that you can't afford their meet & greets, so spamming them is the next best thing. Marta BartaThe following content is not intended for the faint hearted or the easily upset. This is under a character and these should not be taken as fact. Miss Indica you look like you would give my best friend chlamydia, FACT!! Shirley you may need to buy 2 seats on an aeroplane but at least you get 2 meals. Reed Acted: I wouldn’t pay 59p on iTunes to listen to your entries. Nothing bothers Potissa no no no no no. She doesn’t even wipe her ass because shit doesn’t bother her. If Kastrix and the penguin from happy feet had a child we would have Alinka Tcheps. We know who they are, but we don’t want to know. Sativa Grahams: I have nothing to say but this: Potissa
Lemme put on my reading glasses chile...
Shirley Sixchins: The number of your chins also represents the amount of steps we have to step back when we're around you so that we can breathe properly.
forgettable- I mean, Alinka Tcheps.
Sativa Grahams, I find it ironic that you’re named after marijuana yet you almost never seem to be high, it’s the opposite actually.
Reed Acted: You’re still here?
Marta Barta: Considering that your entries are shit I think you should rename yourself to Sharta Farta.
And last but certainly least, Indica Grahams, I could not come up with a read for you so I’d just like to say fuck you.
If you loved my reads my name is Potissa and if you hated them it's Antonia x Sativa Grahams
Hello girls! I feel festive so instead of reading i will be bringing you presents! ho ho ho
Speaking of hoes, Marta Barta! I bring you a new set of ovaries. I’m assuming your last set fell out after you gave birth to your latest baby, because you haven’t been able to deliver anything this entire season.
Then we have miss Alinka Tcheps. I have brought you a spotify premium subscription. Because girl, there is more to music than Jon Bellion. you can do better.
To my dear sister Indica. I give you a bar soap, a kettle and a box of latex gloves. You need to wash your coochie because she is stanking up this entire werkroom. The radiation coming from your box could power an xray machine. She is literally INES level 7. The amount of pesticide you have used to clear out the vermin coming out of your hole has had worse environmental impact then the BP gulf of mexico oil spill, and that’s just for what comes out of your mouth. Shirley Sixchins
I have one read and one read only.
You girls all have CUNT. You should all be so proud of yourselves for getting this far. Somehow you've all done it despite being Clearly Untalented with No Taste! Reed Acted
Alinka Tcheps: You're still here?
Marta Barta: Who?
Potissa: Next.
Indica & Sativa Grahams: You remind me of a very successful duo.. S!sters.
Shirley Sixchins: Honestly the returning queen I care the least about in this season, which says a lot considering the other one was Carrot Turds. Indica Grahams
Shirley Sixchins: In this first two weeks, you proved yourself in this competition. However, the only thing you've proved since is that it was a fluke. Sativa Grahams: You can tell by your name how much you love to get high... if only you could place high as well.
Alinka Tcheps: Coming into the competition, I honestly wasn't expecting all that much from you this season. Yea that's pretty much it.
Marta Barta & Potissa: Miss Marta, you've yet to win a challenge which is truly a shame. Maybe you could ask Potissa for some help because it seems she has better luck with your songs than yourself And the winner of this week's mini challenge is...
Marta Barta (CHAE WITH A C )Condragulations doll, you get to choose the order in which the queens pick their countries for the main challenge.

SATIVA GRAHAMSS8E9 -- "EUROVISION FEST"🌿🌿🌿
hello esteemed panel of judges and ikathis week is eurovision fest, and miss marta barta was so congenial that she let us choose ourselves what country we wanted. i even got to choose early. but do you know what i did? i chose luxembourg. a country, that has not participated in the eurovision song contest in almost 30 years. that is the reason i chose miss luxembourg, because now you, the jedges, have to look past your blatant retrophobia. luxembourg, according to wikipedia, officially the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,[c] is a landlocked country in Western Europe. she is in the benelux, being represented by the letters "lux". she is very small, like tiny. a microstate even. she is also multilingual, speaking francaise, dutch (the german one) and luxembourgish. luxembourgish is not real unfortunately. miss luxembourgs participation history in eurovision is interesting and turbulent, ending with a messy divorce in the 90s, promising to never return, and she has stayed true to her words. despite the messy divorce, she is the third most successful country in eurovision, winning 5 times. that fact (the fact she has won 5 times), has proven very difficult to me. let me tell you why: i have had a moral dillema because of this, because when luxembourg has won, she really did deserve it. and when she didnt win, it was because she just did not serve as hard as when she snatched those wins. i know that i will get dragged if i send a winner, but does that mean i have to compromise and send a song that isn't as good?this moral dillema that has literally cost me hours of sleep, because i went through all the songs. im not exaggarting here, i really did. and do you know what? i regret it. do you know why? because none of the non-winning songs slapped as hard as the winners. they truly are the moment. and i am expecting the dragging for sending one of her 5 winners. yes, i could've gone with baccarra's iconic-but-not-as-iconic-as-"yes-sir-i-can-boogie"-iconic song "parlez vous francais?". yes, i could've gone with canadian community college choir conducter sherisse laurence. but... BUT, do they slap as hard as this TIMELESS classic that i have decided to send? i don't think so. i've decided to go with miss thing because this is one of my all time favorite eurovision entries... of all time. i would even say my number one favorite eurovision entry of all time. and if i am going to be sent home this week, i might as well be sent home with no regrets then some regrets. because EVER since i heard miss thing come back FORTY years later and sang this song for the gays at "Eurovision Song Contest Greatest Hits", i have been in awe... i am of course talking about the winner of eurovision 1973... LUXEMBOURG "TU TE RECONNAÎTRAS" -- ANNE-MARIE DAVID english title -- "You Will Recognize Yourself"🌿🌿🌿 french Dans les rêves de l'enfance Dans l'élève que le maître a puni Dans la gare où commence La première aventure de la vie

Shirley Sixchins Eurovision Fest
I was the last girl to choose and was pretty happy to have a choice between Germany and Sweden. Germany is one of my favourite Eurovision nations so the choice was pretty easy for me after all the girlies had selected the edgy nations.
"Wir geben 'ne Party" ("We're Having a Party")
I've chosen Germany's 1994 entry "Wir geben 'ne Party" which placed 3rd receiving 128 points. A fitting song title, you can't help but want to get up and dance to this feel-good rock n roll banger. The simplistic lyrics describe the girls' wishes to get out and party and find their man before deciding they don't need a man and are just gonna have a dance, giggle and party and I feel that on a deep level. T
he choreographed performance absolutely steals the show for Mekado as their playful dance moves and armography really just brings a smile to your face. The instrumentation is an absolute serve and the keyboardist and drummer are absolutely living for themselves. It's endearing, fun and just purely enjoyable. Cmon judges put down your espresso martinis and come dance with me.
Lyrics:
Aber nee, der steht auf mich viel mehr Bei dem einen, den ich meine, da habt ihr no chance Besser wir vergessen die, come on, let's dance Dance, yeah, dance, yeah Dance Auf 'ne Party heut' Nacht (Wir geben 'ne Party) ('Ne Pa-Pa-Pa-Pa-Pa-Party) Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa... 'ne Party heut' Nacht
We're Going to Throw a Party Ooh... feel the rhythm, baby Where's a party? Where's a party tonight? Is anybody going to fly with me to the moon today? I need a buzz so that the evening is worth my while Where's a party? Where's a party, baby? Mmm... it's quite simple, I just want some fun Preferably everything and not just something Where's a party? Where's a party tonight? So let's shake it, take it, make it all right Again and again, on and on, 'cause today is today In for a penny, in for a pound, it's going to be a long night So rock me, baby, nothing matters tonight The longer we do it, the more we enjoy it and then we start again Come on and let's do whatever we want We're going to throw a party, we're going to throw a party We're going to throw a party, we're going to throw a party Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa… A party tonight I've got a funny feeling that I'm going to find the man tonight Mmm... that even I might be hot for Where's a party? Where's a party, baby? I've got the same hip hop kind of feeling that you you've got Don't slob around at home, I know what I'm going to do Where's a party? Where's a party tonight? So let's shake it, take it, make it all right Again and again, on and on, 'cause today is today In for a penny, in for a pound, it's going to be a long night So rock me, baby, nothing matters tonight The longer we do it, the more we enjoy it and we start again Come on and let's do whatever we want We're going to throw a party, we're going to throw a party We're going to throw a party, we're going to throw a party Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa… A party tonight (We're going to throw a party, we're going to throw a party) We're going to throw a party (Oh yeah) We're going to throw a party (Oh yeah) We're going to throw a party (Oh yeah) We're going to throw a party Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa… A pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-party tonight (We're going to throw a party) A pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-party Look at that guy over there, he keeps looking over Are you talking about that one? Oh no, he's much more into me You've got no chance with the one I'm talking about We're better off forgetting, come on, let's dance Dance, yeah, dance, yeah, dance To a party tonight (We're going to throw a party, ‘ne pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-party) Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa… A party tonight

"It's My Time" by Jade Ewen S8E9: Eurovision Fest
Whew child, this week, I was stresst. To start off, I was assigned the United Kingdom, which is one of the worst possible countries for this challenge. Additionally, last season ESC Week was a challenge where I clearly fumbled and made the wrong choice despite still having a good result. Going into this week, I wanted to make sure I didn't make the same mistake. However, after spending some time to go through my options, I realized that I was likely in a similar position as last time. The UK only had four options for me to really consider, one of them being 2007 which I am not sending for obvious reasons. (Yes, I unironically enjoy 2007 quite a bit, I will see myself out). In the end, I decided to make the choice opposite of what I did last season, and see if it pays off.
My entry this week is the United Kingdom's 2009 entry, "It's My Time" by Jade Ewen. The song placed 5th in the final, the UK's only actual good placing since the turn of the century. Even though this song is more successful than all the other recent British entries in the contest itself, it wasn't the most obvious choice for this challenge. The song is a power ballad, a genre Eurovision knows better than almost anyone else. However, what truly makes this entry is the raw power the song holds, both lyrically and vocally. Jade's vocal are simply superb, and manage to take the song to a completely new level. I've always had a soft spot for this song, and it's one of the few good memories of the Uk in modern Eurovision. I hope you all enjoy.
| LYRICS
I've been down Down so long But those days are gone now I've got the will I've earned the right To show you it's my time tonight It's my time It's my time My moment I'm not gonna let go of it My time It's my time And i'll stand proud There's nothing i'm afraid of I'll show you what i'm made of Show you all It's my time now I'll break through I've made my move And my faith is strong now I've got the heart To reach the heights To show you it's my time tonight It's my time It's my time My moment I'm not gonna let go of it My time It's my time And i'll stand proud There's nothing i'm afraid of I'll show you what i'm made of Show you all It's my time now I've got the will I've earned the right Tonight... Tonight... It's my time It's my time My moment I am not gonna let go of it My time It's my time And i'll stand proud There's nothing i'm afraid of I'll show you what i'm made of Show you all It's my time now... Alinka TchepsS08EP09 - "Eurovision Fest" Freddie • "Pioneer"
Hungary in Eurovision is very underrated and quite forgotten. Even if they held the qualification streak for quite a long time, they were still very forgettable in almost every final. Hungary only participated in Eurovision 18 times, so listening all the songs was not a problem, but there were not much to choose from. Like I said, most of the songs are pretty forgettable. I was wondering if I should go to some old iconic song or ones their best scores (Origo or Running). But I decided to send my favorite hungarian song but also one of the most robbed Eurovision songs.
Freddie represented Hungary at Eurovision 2016 in Stockholm with song "Pioneer". He got 4th place in semi final, but then randomly ended 19th in Grand Final. It was definitely one of my favorites that year. The song is very powerful, but also catchy and quite motivating. I am absolute fan of whistles and drums. Everything works perfect, not only in song, but also in live performance. Hope you enjoyed it too!
Lycris:
When you need to run away
From what other people say
Your enemy might be your own mind
A smile, a hug, a little praise
You haven't received for days
For long you feel mistreated
In a world where the poems sound fake
And the love is replaced by the fame
A million hearts of a million people
Be proud, you were born to be real (oh-oh)
A million lies in a million temples
It's only fear, become a pioneer (oh-oh)
You've been weird, been a mess
They don't know how to value uniqueness
So they turn their heads away away
When there's no more products to sell
Everyone will cast their own spell
A million hearts of a million people
Be proud, you were born to be real (oh-oh)
A million lies in a million temples
It's only fear, become a pioneer (oh-oh)
No right time, no right place
To meet your inner grace
Approval is found within, yeah
A million hearts of a million people
Be proud, you were born to be real (oh-oh)
A million lies in a million temples
It's only fear, become a pioneer (oh-oh)
You should know, you should know
Oh, you should know, you should know

POTISSA "Eurovision Fest"
Send a Eurovision song from the country that you chose Well, we're finally here. The notorious Eurovision Fest. I'm happy that I got to choose a country that I've wanted, and that country is miss Latvia. Now, Latvia is kind of a messy country when it comes to Eurovision. From winning with an iconic Latin-pop inspired banger in 2002 to flopping with whatever the fuck 2009 and 2013 were. Her results are not quite consistent; when she serves she gets top 15, but when she flops, she flops. However, one flop that Latvia absolutely didn't deserve is the following entry. Now I have a few words to say about the robbery and how ganghandled Triana Park were. I mean, what the fuck? Last in the semi final? Last? In such a mediocre year Eurovision-wise? No no no, I won't stand for this. Even Slovenia, who sent that person, managed to place higher than this banger. I'll never understand why. The live performance may have been a bit... off, but in no way does that make this whopper last place worthy. To conclude my rant, Latvia was r o b b e d. Anyways, time to actually talk about the song now. Line is an electronic song with an explosive and radiant chorus. It talks about a lost lover and the struggle of moving on. The song is a whole journey of explosive electronic synths and beats which give the song a very cool and vibrant feel. The simplistic but trippy music video also compliments the song very well. All in all, "Line" is one of Latvia's best efforts and one of the most robbed Eurovision entries in recent history.
Triana Park - "Line"
Lyrics:I'm going round in circles
And the door's wide open
Boy I still want to see you
Days go by, I'm still hoping, hoping
Where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
You told me to move on
Search for love with somebody else
But baby tell me, how will I find it?
If all I see is you, all I see is you?
All I see is you, all I see
All I see is you, all I see
Where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
My heart breaks the seal
Days go by, I'm still hoping
All I see is you, all I see
All I see is you
Where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line
Tell me baby, where we draw the line

MARTA BARTA
Eurovision Fest
Bulgaria: 2007
After having the mini challenge I had the right to pick my own country. I knew in my gut to pick Bulgaria but I didn't know what song
from choices such as 2007 2009 2012 2013 2016.
I came to my decision of 2007. It has to be the classic they are banging the drums they are double fisting the drumsticks like there is no tomorrow. Elitsa is piping it up we cannot deny come on now. They voda and we said yes. We have no choice but to stan Voda walked so Samo Shampioni could RUN. As an iconic queen once said WOW THESE BEATS.
