Shiva Kindett First up, Shiva Kindett. Let's hear what the judges have to say about your floorshow. Krampu$$y: Hey doll, I'd like to condragulate you for making it this far. Compared to Ordgie, you were not someone I really expected to see in the finale. You had a wobbly journey in this competition and more than once I thought you'd be over soon but you kept fighting and now you're in the top 2, which is really impressive. Whereas Ordgie was more consistent, I think you improved the most this season and you turned into a really strong competitor. You have 2 wins and 1 bottom, which is better than Ordgie's win and bottoms. But you also have more bottom 3 places and less top 3 places. That's what makes this decision so hard, it's a literal tie. What I like about you is that you always found your own way to tackle a challenge. A great example was your afterlife entry in the ball. Everyone else had concepts while you just gave us a cute little tune that was one of my favourites of the week, it really screamed "less is more". Sometimes I felt like you could've put even more thought into your entries but you snapped when you had to and those last 3 weeks really put a spotlight on you. You're just as worthy of the crown as your contender.
Your song for the final floorshow was a great execution of the theme. You and Ordgie served us similar entries but yours was a bit viler to me, so good job! Angelyne: hi doll. when i say that you were constantly raising the bar, i mean it. there was improvement every single week. and the immense growth was evident in these last few weeks! you’ve shown that you really listen to our critiques and learn from them. and that is front-runner behaviour. even though you kind of flopped at the start, you really have picked yourself up with grace and filth and deservedly earned your spot in this esteemed top 2. be proud of yourself for that bitch.
also, your vile song, truly disturbing. i loved it. just what i wanted to see. mwah Claudia: To start, your song for the final challenge was brilliant - perfectly vile in both its sound and its content. A fantastic entry to finish off a fantastic season for you.
Your run over the whole season has been a little rocky, it can't be denied. You got off to a great start in the first week, showing great potential, then trailed off a bit in the following weeks. With that being said, I would say that from your Day of the Dead song (which I really enjoyed) onwards, you've been a consistently strong competitor in the competition, and the potential you showed in the opening week really came to the forefront, especially over the closing weeks of the season. What I've especially loved about your run is how you always kept your words straight-forward - not many other queens can say that they didn't talk shit in one of their entries, you were always straight up, you knew EXACTLY what you were doing, which is something I've loved to see. You have learned from the critiques, grown as a person and as a queen, and truly showed that you deserve to be in this top 2. Junglepu$$y: Your vile song was great, when it started off I was taken back at first, but then when the song got started ... the flavour, honestly. Song-wise I don't love it, but category-wise, yeah absolutely, a wonderful choice from you.
Your run has been more rocky than Ordgie's, but at the same time I've also felt like, despite some of your lows, you've also had some of the highest highs of the season. In the beginning I could feel the potential you had, but I think you did lose sight of the competition for a bit, which was at the time a bit disheartening to see. Nevertheless, you proved my gut feeling wrong and against all odds you pushed yourself to new heights that I was absolutely delighted about. Every week you've made strong connections and have done so without always needing to write a long essay about how your song and the category are connected. And this worked for you more than it didn't, I think. Of course, it's always interesting to read writeups on why and how a song fits the category, but in your case I think despite you leaving a lot up to interpretation, it was often quite easy to get exactly what you were trying to do. Overall, a great season for you, and you being in the top 2 is fully deserved.

Ordgie And finally, Ordgie. Let's hear what the judges have to say about your floorshow. Junglepu$$y: Your vile song was honestly amazing. Like, amazingly vile. It fit the assigned challenge so well, but I also genuinely enjoyed listening to it. Well well done.
Your run over the season has actually been very consistently good, however I think your biggest issue is that whilst every week you've been good, you have rarely been the best. And so in some ways, even though I've enjoyed your entries to varying degrees almost every single week, you've also kind of just been there the entire time for me, like always being the bridesmaid to someone else's wedding ceremony. However, at the same time, when you struck gold, you really struck it, serving us some of the best songs of the season. In fact, in some ways I think you struck gold every week, you've created some of the best connections between your entries and the categories, which often prompted me to rank you higher than I would've otherwise purely based on the song, and that is a very commendable achievement. Overall, you've had a terrific season and you absolutely deserve to be where you are. Claudia: I LOVED your vile song. It didn't necessarily immediately come across as vile-sounding, but girl you SOLD it. Another brilliant entry from you.
As a whole, you've probably been the most consistent and formidable contestant over the course of the season - for me, you never really had a dud of an entry, everything you sent across the season was at least respectable. You got off to a very strong start, then got a bit quieter in the middle of the season, and I was a little worried that you had plateau'd too early, but your last couple weeks have been magical, once again showing that you are a fierce competitor. You've made some fantastic and seriously creative connections over the season, though sometimes you've overdone it and gone into waffling and stretching the truth, but I've rarely been bored by anything you've put forward, and your creativity and risk-taking across the season is commendable. Krampu$$y: First of all, condragulations for making it to the finale! I can't say I'm surprised to see you here, you were among the frontrunners from day one and you really deserve to be here. What I liked most about you this season, is that you always put an effort into your entries, you were always sure to research and give us a (sometimes too) detailed explanation of your entry. In terms of creativity, I'd rank you 2nd after Sis Anne. That being said, peaking in Week 1 is a little problematic. While you were very consistent throughout this season, I feel like some of your entries didn't really pop if you know what I mean. You almost always did a good job but I am struggling to remember some of your entries and usually I think your creativity and challenge execution was stronger than the song itself and after Week 1, there was always at least one queen that overshadowed you. Overall, I think you're a worthy contender for the crown, but I'm not 100% sure you gave us enough.
Regarding your final song, I think it's quite boppy and it fits the theme. I don't really have anything else to say, I think this was a good choice. Angelyne: hey mama. so throughout this competition, you’ve always been really chefs kiss for me. like, up until week 7 you just snapped. you’ve shown originality, versatility and you’ve been keeping us fed from DAY ONE. you fumbled a bit towards the end, but the afterlife song in the ball really REALLY regenerated you. the consistency of your run from day one is very impressive, and you overcame the hurdles, which is what a true filthy bitch must be able to do.
your vile song is really vile, that is a plus. i do not have any further comments as you have delivered and served yet again.

Ordgie and Shiva KindettWe want to thank you for an amazing season. Both of you truly gave us the glamour, the filth and the horror that we expect from our contestants and both of you truly deserve to be the Top 2 of this season. Deciding who will win was a very hard decision, as this is probably the closest race that DSR and HMH have ever witnessed. Therefore... For the first time in Song Race herstory... ...Oh you really thought we'd crown both of you? No uglies, there is one crown to give out and only one queen will receive it.
The winner will be revealed in the next post.
