And here is the unofficial French entry, released in January 2012:
Why unofficial entry? Last edition, I started sharing songs that are more than 10 years old but will never be allowed in Retro WWWSC due to the rule than bans songs released after 2011.

Since the very low chart position of last edition .. AND.. in order to stop this spanish egemony over the music world...
ITALY has decided to bring out her heavy weapons... (this edition seems to be so 2000, we'll go with the flow)
Ladies and gentleman say welcome (back) to...
LAURA PAUSINI

SLOVENIAN ENTRY This time I'm going with a traditional song in this case performed by Marta Zore. She took part back in #62, so she returns after 60 editions. The song is about a swallow that's there to sing and make everyone happy, but before the winter comes, it must go to the south and does, therefore, make people sad. I can't find an official release date as a collection of traditional songs was released later, but the video was uploaded in 2010 so I guess I'll go by that. Marta Zore - Mrzel veter (Cold Wind)
