Well,Azerbaijan is one of the countries that participated in the most of the editions.( 8 times without SSC 16).We could say that it got high and low places, let's say that they could have done better than 16th or 19th place. But I think that the winning was a gift to Azerbaijan after low placings. Personally,Azerbaijan is one of my favourite countries in SSC. Especially thanks to the user Woodrowtracy for submiting the most entries for his country (Azerbaijan-6) (he also submited the most entries for Uzbekistan). Here is a table from the history of Azerbaijan in SSC : Which songs do you like the most?Which songs do you find underrated/overrated ?

But I think that the winning was a gift to Azerbaijan after low placings. Of course it wasn't. We don't vote because we take pity on countries for low places, we vote high or low rankings because we either like or dislike the song. Also, it always did poorly except for #7 and #15, so I'm clueless as to what you're talking about. I think all of its songs are excellent, but you may disagree.

You may don't understand what I meant.I don't mean this of course. I mean that the winning was a "relief" (I don't know how to tell it,well my english are not good),after low placings. Of course we don't vote for countries.I am this who says it and in no way I would recomend this.
