The TV-Radio Broadcaster, WMUL, has now officially confirmed their announcement of their second artist. Making it the fortieth official SaS #2-representant!

The submission has been brought out by the internal tastes from the TV/Radio Broadcaster's HoD and the SaS-creator!

We are then heading for this state, and if you've came along the other state's artist announcement for today (for Alabama), that is that both of the musician are African-American and with both of them being quite identical remarkably upon genre and the years active for their musical career!
WMUL has then brought this way of permitting a remix for this artist's entry when finally having the artist submitting its official entry for the state. It will be successing the last edition's Michael W. Smith and his Christian song "Place In The World", which came very very close for the Top 5, but ended 6th with 50 points overall in its Heat.

This will our soul and blues-singer-songwriter, Bill Withers, make a change of.
Knowing the fact he has won Grammy Awards for one of his songs, having signed up for the record label Columbia records and made several hit singles, he's holding the shorter straw than his Alabaman entrant, when coming to not feel too worried about choosing the official entry for the homestate!
