If Italy doesn't do it, at least there'll still be a 'big 5!'
And if there is a 'big 6' with Italy, UK, Germany, Spain, France and Azerbaijan, how would the semi's go?
Do you think Portugal, Italy, Poland, Macedonia, Slovakia and Armenia will withdraw?

Czech Republic has not confirmed yet.
Rumors say that Luxembourg may return to 2012 despite saying that they will never participate again (It says this on the 'Luxembourg in the Eurovision song contest' but not on the official 2012 wiki page)

Removed Croatia, France and Russia. Questionable sources. Czech Republic changed their mind. The broadcaster announced that a final decision was yet to be made.
