extralargeukdiamond Here is the British thread for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen.
 The dilemma who is the British Eurovision entrant this year is coming to an end, as both the artist, and the song will be presented this Monday, 3rd of March on BBC, starting at 19:25 local time (20:25 CET).
In a television show on Monday, starting at 19:25 on BBC Red Button 1, Scott Mills will be joined by this year’s British entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest, to be held in Copenhagen. The song is also going to be presented in the same show.
Many names were rumoured in the past few weeks to be representing the United Kingdom in Copenhagen – Rylan Clark, Geri Halliwell, Paloma Faith, and most recently – Belinda Carlisle. Will it be any of these, or will it be someone completely different – we shall find out on Monday.  |

Well, finally we hear some news from us!!. I'm certain we will send yet another has-been from the X Factor or from the 1900's once more. I'm not being pessimistic but it's true. I do believe the UK CAN win provided that we send a decent song, regardless of status, but a lot of people here and the BBC fail to realise this. Many forget that we did well in 2009. Latest rumour I heard was some guy from the X Factor called Aidan Grimshaw but I don't know. HEAVEN FORBID we send Geri Halliwell!!. Paloma Faith would've been great but fair enough if she doesn't wanna do it  . |
