ARMTV has decided to make some changes on the selection to choose the representant and the song to go to the North Vision Song Contest.
1st Phase - Quarter Final Round
The 18 songs will compete and 10 songs will be chosen to compete in the next phase. Each song will be punctuated from 0 to 10. The 10 components of the jury will contribute a 50% of the voting. Another 25% will be contributed by the televote and another 25% will be contributed by the
Armenian Jury. If there is a tie, the song which has received more points from the juries, will be ranked higher than the other song which has received the same amount of points.
2nd Phase - Semi Final Round
The 10 songs left will compete and 5 songs will be chosen to compete in the next phase. Juries/Televote will vote Eurovision Style (12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1). The 10 components of the jury will contribute a 50% of the voting. Another 25% will be contributed by the televote and another 25% will be contributed by the Armenian Jury. If there is a tie, the song which has received more points from the juries, will be ranked higher than the other song which has received the same amount of points. Almost the same as the 1st round.
3rd Phase - Final
The 5 songs left will compete and only 3 songs will be participating in the next round. Juries/Televote will have to make a ranking (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th). The 10 components of the jury will contribute a 50% of the voting. Another 25% will be contributed by the televote and another 25% will be contributed by the Armenian Jury. If there is a tie, the song which has received more points from the juries, will be ranked higher than the other song which has received the same amount of points. Almost the same as the 1st-2nd round.
4th Phase - Grand Final
The 3 songs left will compete and the winner will be selected here. Juries/Televote will have to make a ranking (1st, 2nd, 3rd). The 10 components of the jury will contribute a 50% of the voting. Another 25% will be contributed by the televote and another 25% will be contributed by the Armenian Jury. If there is a tie, the song which has received more points from the juries, will be ranked higher than the other song which has received the same amount of points. Almost the same as the 1st-2nd round.
