[SE] Ultimate Globalvision Song Contest #2

Now that #30 has ended, the list of songs that will complete in this "Best of..." edition is almost complete.

The top 5 songs from editions #21 to #30 will be participating in this edition, as well as one sixth placer. This sixth placer was decided in a poll.

There will be 3 semi-finals of 17 songs. High efforts were made to make sure that no songs from the same country participated in the same semi-final. However, there are 4 participating songs from France and USA, and 5 participating songs from Finland, so this could not be guaranteed.
