A long name, but a small message, extremly popular when someone needs votes for his/her NS : "VOTE"
There are a lot of us that really put effort in a NS and then have to close to voting only with 5 votes.
By signing that you want to take part in the Asociation, you MUST vote in the other participant countries' NS.
The maximum number of countries is 10.
The next 2 participants (with 1st come, 1st served) and I will be the heads of this.
After you sign that you participate, you must vote in other NS. Also, other must vote in your NS, you everyone will get at least 10 votes for the NS.

PBS would like to participate
6th edition and I got 13 votes. 
DNS 04 had the normal voting system and collected 28 votes w/o forcing people to vote. And thank you very much, again!
