Please check again the voting system, because the Pre-Qualification round can be only made by one round of voting, not more, otherwise it would entail more days to run the PQR, not only three  In addition, the pots wouldn't be fair for some countries  |

Every user will give each song a percent from 1%-100% to determine his/her opinion about the qualification. The four countries with the most percents will win. Is it okay now? |

I didn't know the hosts can decide the voting method!?  I prefer just "normal" voting (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 or 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or whatever). |

I didn't know the hosts can decide the voting method!? I prefer just "normal" voting (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 or 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or whatever). Indeed, I won't start calculating.  A hobby like participating in contests should stay fun and not become annoying (which would be in my case to start calculating my votes). |

What was the other country that was suppose to take part in the PQR? Switzerland
Originally, if a country would have withdrawn, the next country would have taken its place in the PQR, but we decided to take just the countries that are in the bottom 5, to avoid situations were countries withdraw to "push" others in the PQR |
