That means, that either the song has to participate in a national selection in order to represent Montenegro, or the entry must become changed. Musicians that have only roots from the country they get chosen for cannot be selected internally. They have to be selected in a national selection with at least 9 other native artists.

vaneedas What about changing your entry? As soon as the poll is made, the song can't be changed unless a break of a rule occurs.

Song ''Zabranjujem'' by Nina Žižić will represent Montenegro in The Pre-Qualification Round of NVSC #8. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziWqwqk7ACUNina Žižić is pop singer from Montenegro and we decided to send her at NVSC for the second time. First time she represented Montenegro in the North Vision Song Contest 2 in Reykjavik, Iceland with the song ''Odlazi''. The song was performed nineteenth on the night, following Belgium's Annagrace with "Ready to fall in Love" and preceding France's Margaux Avril with "Encore une Histoire". ''Odlazi'' finished 18th in the second semi-final with 35 points and failed to qualify for the grand final.
