Thanks Of course the winning user can, as long as he wants to Lazar for example wanted to, but didn't find the time, so everyone made a design and then the council voted for the best. This won! |

Oh is it always with voting? If the winning user wants his design so badly, then his will get accepted of course! Basically, the winning user always has the 'last word' = decision right on everyhting. He can decide how the recap, logo, soundtrack etc should be like |
