I think it should be random so it is fairer It could also be a fair draw when the IBU/me decide the draw, cause I can put them in a specific order so every song gets it attention  (then there would be an Allocation Draw where the first/second half gets drawn  ) |

A decided order could be good but someone would have to draw germany's draw randomly as otherwise @eurovisiongermany you could be accused of making the order so that Germany win!

I want it to stay randomly drawn. I think this is fair enough for all the participants. |

It is actually very close. I think I can however tell my decision. From IMF #12 on, I will decide the Running Order Draw. For all the "criticers" of that: You will see it will work out. And I also won't give any advantage to Germany as the half (1st or 2nd half) will be still drawn randomly. |
