It is actually very close. I think I can however tell my decision. From IMF #12 on, I will decide the Running Order Draw. For all the "criticers" of that: You will see it will work out. And I also won't give any advantage to Germany as the half (1st or 2nd half) will be still drawn randomly. Why did you make the Poll and the Topic then ? Most People Want it random :/ |
