Here are my thoughts for now. Countries I expect to participate after they participated in 2014 as well (24):- Albania - Azerbaijan - Belarus - Belgium - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - France - Germany - Hungary - Iceland - Israel - Italy - Malta - The Netherlands - Norway - Poland - Romania - Russia - San Marino - Spain - Sweden - Switzerland - United Kingdom Countries I'm not fully sure about whether they'll participate or not after they participated in 2014 (7):
- Armenia - Austria - Greece - Moldova - Montenegro - Slovenia - Ukraine
Countries I expect to withdraw after they participated in 2014 (6):
- Georgia - Ireland - Latvia - Lithuania - Macedonia - Portugal
Countries I expect to return after they were at least inactive in 2014 (3):
- Bosnia & Herzegovina - Serbia - Turkey
With this theory, the maximum number of participants in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 could be 33.
I hope I'm wrong.

I hope I'm wrong. I hope you are wrong too That the participants should be so higher of course, that's why I don't know about you, but i'm pretty sure RTÉ will continue.. especially if our semi final result is good, we even ended 15th in 2008's semi and yet they take part still. I don't think the intention is to give up But your list is a good list which I think the countries you mentioned in the ''withdrawing countries'' section may very be ones who may withdraw, we'll never know what's in store for us

The Irish entries are mostly appreciated in the public a lot but since at least the past 3 years the Irish results in practice aren't the average of what fans would expect for their results. I don't really think they would withdraw to be honest, but I could understand you wouldn't feel very comfortable with the results of at least the previous 2 years.

I'm not annoyed with my country's placing in the last two years because I always enjoy the show and regardless of their positions, I always think our singers did us good. So I'll be happy to see us next year take part Oh yes, I would love to see back: Cyprus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia

I'd like to see a "full house" but as there are only 45 countries allowed to participate it won't happen.

It's in the rules that only a maximum of (apparently) 45 countries can take part
