 Greece won't withdraw.  Serbia,  Cyprus,  Croatia,  B&H and  Bulgaria will be back 100%.  Turkey and  Slovakia will be back 50%.  Albania,  Latvia and  Israel may withdraw (or  Azerbaijan, if  Armenia win the 2014 contest). I hope  Liechtenstein and  Kazakhstan will make their first debut! And if  Israel withdraw,  Morocco and/or  Lebanon could return. |

If Scotland do get independence, I don't think they'll be able to take part until 2016/2017. I remember reading it somewhere.  Montenegro took part already one year after they got independent. So it shouldnt be a problem to participate 2015, if they get independent. But I highly doubt that they will get independent. ^^ |
