 Bulgaria will probably not be there at the forthcoming Euro Vision Song Contest, apparently the holes in the coffers of the broadcaster BNT are too large to ever even think about how a Morning talk with the head of the delegation of the Bulgarians suggests.   This article is from 2013  |

 Slovenia officialy announces witdrawal or confirmation on September. I hope this time they will respect the schedule. |
