*cough* Lithuania *cough* 2013 And not only that, the televoting can be rigged. Only because people in the forums/other internet sites doesnt like it, meams not that it wasnt the favorite of more people than some other songs. ^^ Its a lot easier to influence just 5 people than a whole country. I'm not talking about Lithuanian entry, I'm talking about Lithuanian votes

And the televoting can't be "changed" so easily. In most countries it's a big thing and hundred votes wouldn't change anything. In a jury, it's different. Put 5 other people there and it looks all totally different .____.

But as you can see the EBU made Azerbaijan to stop this "cheating" On Eurovision. Let's talk later on, when the next five popes are all from Azerbaijan, although they are almost all Islamic.

A jury and televote allows songs to be appreciated for different aspects of the song. I also think it makes the results more interesting ^^

Eurovision is not a "which song has the best quality" contest. Austria and the Netherlands - both are songs of HIGH quality - got 1st and 2nd with the televoting only! Also, both are countries with many failures at Eurovision. What I wanna say is: Without jury, every song has the same chance of doing well. (Greece wasn't even top 10, Azerbaijan not even top 20/wouldn't even have qualified) With jury, ballads/songs with "high qualiy" have definitely more chances of doing well. You can also see that in the jury votings ballads and "high quality" songs are usually on top. In televoting it's mixed. You can't say televoting prefers uptempo songs only and doesn't like ballads. And I hate these predictions "XXX will (not) do well with the juries". Now I don't even actually know where I started and the order of what I said and I'm confused right now but I know what I'm trying to say
