If the voting in 2nd round isn't compulsory, then it's better for those countries, which don't vote, because they don't give points to their opponents, but recieve some from them - so they are the biggest winners in this case... I think finalists only should be allowed to vote in this 2nd round and then it won't be important if all of them vote or only few... that would be more honest imo  But that's just my suggestion - you don't have to take it if you don't want, because it's your contest. |

I like the fact that you are one of those players who give suggestions because,you know,a suggesting creates an idea which sometimes leads to something very nice! As for this though, I think that we should let the voting open for everyone! And of course voting will not be compulsory but however wants to vote,they will be able to do so In the final, anyway, those 3 songs that will qualify will have to get their votes from all players so it's better this way  |

Not fully correct, as written in the information video, the songs which placed 11th-16th in the semi-finals will proceed to the 2nd Chance Round. So overall we will have 12 songs in this round, a new rather short voting will start for that one, and the Top 3 of these 12 songs which got the most points in the new voting will advance to the grand final. |
