I am looking forward to this edition. If I remember right, in the picture you chose, I was near that place many times, when going into town, so I love it!  Question from me too; I can vote in one semi final one day, and the second one another day? Also, the 2nd Chance is an amazing idea, very very good. I'm looking forward to voting in it! |

Dylan : as direct finalist, you can vote in one or in both semi-finals, but you don't have to do it (on the same day or on different days, that doesn't matter)  In the 2nd chance round everyone will be allowed to vote But don't worry, we'll explain it again when the time for this round has come...

Question: The voting in the 2nd chance is allowed for every player or not? I'd like to see it allowed then. Everyone can vote, although it isn't compulsory... I think it was kinda clear  |

How do we word our explanation?
Are we supposed to take the picture literally, or can it be a metaphorical meaning of the image that is somewhat similar to the song's message.
(I have a song in mind, but I feel like the relation to the picture is a bit of a stretch...)

For instance, someone who has received an image with gray and dark colours, would mostly go for something more sad,depressive, maybe rock as well! Alright, since some of you have probably not understood it well, the image you are sent must have a relation with the song you will submit! The reason we are asking you to give an explanation is because we wanna be sure that you have dealt with the topic and that you have made a research! As for the relation between the image and the song,it could be anything! It could be taken literally or in a metaphorical way! I would personally advise you to do what I do...I look at the image and start thinking of words that come to my mind when I see it! Those words could all help Just an example! If I get this image:  The first words that come to my mind by seeing it is 'Colour, happiness, abstract art (could mean a song with a "weird" tempo), scars, the lines also remind me of a heart pulse or a beat maybe... And those are just a few! So please TRY TO DO A LITTLE RESEARCH!Greetings |
