In my honest opinion, it should participate But it's up to the council to decide.

Karuzela & Lights on are just sound alikes.
It even says in the wiki that Adelén had the part from that song in her song...

In my honest opinion, it should participate But it's up to the council to decide. Well Vaios save me. Joking, I'll see what Jan will say about the situation and then we'll see what to do. However, I didn't know this at all and I've listened to both songs attentively right now and I wouldn't call this 44 years older song the original of "Olé". I can find the "similarity" in the "na na na"-parts but in the song of Adelén I hear herself singing it while in the 44 years older song some men in the background are singing the part. And to be honest the whole instrumental parts and everything which isn't from the "na na na"-parts doesn't sound even a little bit similar to me.

The instrumental doesn't have to be similar for it to be considered a cover or sampled "In music, sampling is the act of taking a portion, or sample, of one sound recording and reusing it as an instrument or a sound recording in a different song or piece." The definition fits "Ole"
