If the witdrawing continues, we sont have enough countries for the PQR anymore. Well, I guess if there are 20/21 in each semi-final without the PQR, then it won't be held  |

I don't understand; forced? That's what always happened  When a user withdraws and other user takes it, the country withdraws for one edition. Like  Armenia,  Luxembourg etc. |
