That's what always happened  When a user withdraws and other user takes it, the country withdraws for one edition. Like  Armenia,  Luxembourg etc. Did not happen at  Moldova.  I don't know why .. |

That's what always happened When a user withdraws and other user takes it, the country withdraws for one edition. Like Armenia, Luxembourg etc. but any user withdrew  Only Daniel got the  Faroe Islands and this left a free country Shaun withdrew And now someone else takes Belgium, Kenajabam gets Liechtenstein, Jasmin gets San Marino and Daniel gets Faroe as far as I know. |

Why is everyone upset about the withdrawing countries? There aren't more countries withdrawing than any other edition And it's way more realistic than ALL of the countries participating.... |
