(#10) This is exactly right  But we want to wait until the results, because if someone of us might win, we'd like to keep our countries for one more edition (because of hosting). Otherwise, you will have San Marino from NVSC 9 |

  Algeria confirms its participation for NVSC 09 !The entry will be selected through a national selection again.

I am 14th to the Waiting List but i see that  Cyprus is free so I was wondering if I could get it.
