Sorry, no country is free at the moment.   Cyprus has just withdrawn in the 8th edition - that's a huge difference. And nevertheless, if a country would get free, the first one on the waiting list would get it.  |

 Czech Republic confirms participation.
The broadcaster will organise again the national selection "Píseň pro Českou Republiku".
