That makes everything MUCH too big. I don't want to organize such a contest. I don't have time for that. What about then If you limited the number of countries to 60? 46 could be european and the rest could be world wide. You could have 2 european semi's were 10-12 qualify and in the world wide only 6-7 qualify. That way there would still be final of about 30 songs but the number of worldwide songs would be a drastically less than European! That sounds all not bad, but I really want a european contest ! (As hosting IMF for nearly a year and hosting contests for more than a year now, I see things differently)... 2014 is the last year where I can really spend some time into the forums .. and IMF. |

Because of Exams? Everyone gets that. I understand that you really want to host a european one! I agree with what others have said that if you make the contest European then you should restart the confirmations with everyone having to choose a new country... That in my mind makes sense |

But I would say that you should make a new draw afer like 5 editions, so users, which have a not so good country, are not stuck with it forever.  And I guess some participants would have to withdraw anyway, because Europe has less than 60 countries. I would prefer international, but it is your choice.  |
