Montenegro withdraws from NVSC #9 but comes back in #10!
The official National Selection will be called:
Nacionalna Selekcija Crne Gore za NVSC!

Montenegro is out again!
Nina Zizic with her song 'Zabranjujem' failed to qualify for the Grand Final of the NVSC #8!
We say again that Montenegro won't complete in NVSC #9.
The country will be back in #10 with the new HoD.
The HoD says: "I'll do my best as a HoD. I'll do everything to pick Montenegro in the final!"
There will be a National Selection as we said.

Montenegro is sure that it will broadcast NVSC #9!
Even if Montenegro doesn't participate in NVSC #9, the country will broadcast:
- Semi Final 1/2
- Grand Final
