Do you know that you aren't allowed to include more than ONE foreign act in your NS? I thought a new rule would say 1 foreign song per 10 songs?  Every 9 native acts, there can be 1 foreign act so that if there are 20 participants in a NS, 2 have the possibility to be from outside the borders of the country. Read the foreign acts’ section for more information. Very well written rules!  From what I understood eg.  Fantasifestivalen can have 3 foreign acts  |

Nancy Arjam a well know Lebanese singer made a duet with Cheb Khaled a Algerian singer made a World Cup for this year's world cup in Brazil, and for NVSC!
