Entries: 32 (4 semis each 8 participants)
Voting: Round 1: 12,10,8-3
Round 2: 12,10,6,4,2 (Top 5 of 8)
The Top 2 of a Semifinal goes to the final.
The 3rd and 4th place go to the Second Chance Round.
There, again 8 songs (2 of each SF) will fight for the two final tickets.
10 acts will perform at the final.
