That's no spoiler indeed, and it made me really sad. Satoko was the last person I could think of who would ever deserve something like that. (And I know, that nobody deserves that.) Shion really surprised me, I just saw her as some kind of mirror of Mion at that time. Rika really keeps my mind busy, trying to figure out what it is about her that makes all that mistery. (And I love her Nipaa~!) I cried at Rena's part, because I know somebody who has been in such a situation, with their parents divorcing and I just felt all the pain in that moment. (cry) The battle really was awesome, not only because of the battle itself, but also because of the acts of the public. I know that feeling, but I think I would choose Rika for now. It's interesting hearing someone's opinions on characters before finishing the series I can't wait to see what you think after about 6-7 episodes when the plot really starts getting even more interesting Okay, that were a lot of plot twists in a small time. (We stopped watching after episode 15, so that were 10 episodes in one evening) Satoko's story got even more sad, but the way they all stood there for her gave me the chills in a positive way. And I got to know Rika so much better now, I feel so sorry for her but she is growing up in the way she handles her "fate". I really hope she can change it soon and really grow up. She is so very wise and becoming even wiser with each day. I still feel a lot for Rena too, she got a place in my heart and I'm probably not letting her go. But the biggest plot twist really was Miyo (Takano), she really scared me and that image of her got scattered all at once. For now, all I know is that this series is flipping my feelings in directions I didn't know before.

I can't believe there is anyone who saw that coming. It shocked me when I watched it and I got really angry at her, but now I mostly think she was very good at hiding and pretending.

Can't really tell what I think of it, I'm so full of emotions! And Shion's part in episode 23 made me cry so hard, that I am still almost crying. So intense, but it was an amazing experience. Hope to watch the other season and episodes soon too.

It's only got 12-13 episodes so it doesn't take long

I'm not sure if I watch those already, as I just watched the plot and I need some time to get used to the idea of knowing the whole story. I've heard about "Another" before, sounds like a good series too. Guess I will watch it someday soon.

Higurashi: I really enjoyed the anime. I'm reading the manga at the moment, and I think it's a little more faithful to the original visual novel than the anime, but I still think the anime is great, especially since it actually completes the whole story, unlike…… Umineko: I actually really don't like the Umineko anime that much. It's not bad, but the production company really skimped on the detail of the visual novel, and it was many of these minute details that are absolutely essential to working out who the real killer is. Apparently the production company really wanted season 1 to be the same length as Higurashi season 1, but this made everything feel really rushed, like how nearly half the cast is dead after the first episode. There was also way too much emphasis on Ange/Maria in the later episodes, that it really detracted from the island segments, which I really preferred. Plus, there weren't enough people watching for them to make a second season, so the anime only really covered the first half, completely abandoning the second half that actually contains all the "answers". If you want the whole Umineko experience, I highly, highly, highly recommend the visual novel. The characters are really engrossing and multi-layered, unlike the anime, and you can actually get the whole story. I'd HIGHLY recommend it. The story is amazing and epic. It kinda takes a while to build up, but once you hit Banquet, everything is really epic, though Alliance is really slow for me, End, Dawn, Requiem and Twilight of the Golden Witch are all really good and well worth it Another is probably my favourite anime ever, though I probably haven't really watched a huge amount. It's just so dark and eerie, both anime genres I enjoy, and the characters are interesting, and I love Mei I've really wanted to watch Death Note and Shiki, but I just haven't really got time now with school
